Eastwind Systems

Talk to us

A short call to understand the problem, then a written proposal with a price and a date.

Mogadishu, Somalia.
Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 to 17:00 East Africa Time.

We answer in Somali or English, whichever you write in. For a ministry or an agency we are glad to come to you.

Useful to include

  • What the problem is, in a paragraph. Plain words are better than a specification.
  • Who has to use the system and on what device.
  • Whether a date is driving this: an outbreak, a season, a grant, an audit.
  • What already exists that we should not replace.

What happens next

Same weekA reply, with an honest view on whether this is work we should do.
A call of thirty minutesWith the people who will use it, not only the people who sign.
Within a week of the callA written proposal: scope, price, dates, and what we need from you.
